You will love this Beachfront Villa Vacation Rental in the heart of Waikoloa. It is only a 2-minute walk to the pool and beach area from your lanai and 5 minutes to walk to the King’s Shoppes and the Queen’s Market where you can find great shopping and fine dining. The beach in front of our property is very calm and sandy and the perfect place for a lazy day basking in the wonderful Hawaiian Sunshine while you take in all the beauty around you. Love Sea Turtles but be careful to give them space!
Beautifully appointed 5-star accommodations await you and your guests. The lanai is very private and secluded. And the best part is you can enjoy cooking using the Viking BBQ that is right on your lanai. What a treat. No other properties in Hawaii have this feature believe it or not. The rooms are spacious and you can not go wrong with the value you get at our villas. 5-star accommodations and the best location in Waikoloa and perhaps all of the Big Island!
You will have full access to the entire villa. You will have the use of the covered car park and there is also free extra parking if you have more than one car. You will get access to the beach club as part of your stay where you will find a beautiful infinity pool, hot tub overlooking the surf, and a very nice exercise hale complete with treadmills, exercise bikes, and cross trainers. Towels for the pool area are supplied by the resort. If you are a golfer please also ask me about discounted golf packages.

New! Luxury 2BR, 2 BA ground floor villa with sophisticated tropical décor and direct beach access!
If you need a 3BR Unit, Check out our other Unit 11A.
Kolea, located just 30 minutes north of Kona-Kailua at Waikoloa Beach Resort between the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel and the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel, is the most luxurious condo community on the Big Island — and the only development with direct beach access.
The condo is just a two minute walk to Anaeho’omalu Bay, where water sports await you: snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, kite boarding, glass bottom boat tours, sunset cruises, and of course swimming! A-Bay is a great beach for family fun, with warm sand and gentle waves in a sheltered location that has its own volley ball court and work out equipment for the energetic. For those seeking relaxation, watch a sea turtle take a nap in the sand as the sun sets.
The infinity pool, children’s pool with sandy beach and waterfall, and lava hot tub tub are all you need to relax. Walk to Queens Shops for pizza and ice cream or to Kings shops for a latte!
More adventurous? Want to ride the waves? Take a short 10 minute drive up the road to Hapuna Beach State Park and enjoy the best beach on the island. Boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers are provided! All you need is sun screen!
Got a little more time? Take the gang on a drive around the island! Or experience the true diversity of this place — which in one day may take you to as many distinct climates as you’d experience in a dozen countries! Drive ‘upcountry’ 30 minutes to Waimea and go horseback riding at Parker Ranch — 230,000 acres of amazing open space! Then cut over Highway 250 on the north end for Hawi’s laid back old Hawaii small town feel and meander through artist studios in search of home-made ice cream, Kona coffee, and shaved ice. Another day, head east to see Hilo’s awesome Akaka Falls, rainforest, and botanical gardens! Go stargazing on Mauna Kea — nearly 14,000 feet above sea level (and the tallest mountain in the world, if you measure from the ocean floor!)
Have an extra day or two? You can not miss the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park! If you can swing it, stay a night down at the Volcano House Lodge overlooking the crater! The place is so awesome that you really cannot cover it in a day if you want to go for hikes in the park. Stop at one of the black sand beaches on the way home. There is even a hidden green sand beach if you are really adventurous!
Our villa is just a five minute walk to fine dining (Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Steak, Seafood, Pizza, Noodles, etc.) and a gourmet market that makes great lunches for day trips. The King’s Shops and the Queen’s Shops each have free entertainment and family activities, such as ukulele contests and hula lesson.
Want bikes? Just ask us. How about golf clubs? We can help! Bike trails and golf courses surround you at Kolea!.
